Within the HANDYSOIE workshop, recruiting is done in partnership with POLE EMPLOI Vienna (38) inside the framework of the implementation of a specific method:  Simulation Recruiting Method (SRM).

This method provides every opportunity to all candidate in Handysoie’s adventure whatever his or her training, experience, personal history and background.

The SMR will identify the candidate who has necessary manual skills for the job to provide, knowing that the candidates, who will be retained, will benefit of an intensive training afterwards, before insertion in the frame of HANDYSCHOOL.

Applications will be received throughout the year by HANDYSOIE under paper or digital format.

The recruitment session approaching, an invitation to “Collective Informations” presenting the company HANDYSOIE is sent.

There is, usually, one session per year, during the second half year.
